[Resolved] Havells India — electric motor of 30 hp | |||
We bought 30 hp motor from m/s nanak electric store, kanpur. This motor has a manufacturing defect and we request you to replace immediately. This motor has a problem right from the beginning like heating of motor, tripping, drawing more current etc. Only ten days have been passed, since the installation of fume extraction unit and due to this motor, complete set i failed. We will appreciate if you replace the motor by tomorrow, so that our client may start his production. Client name is lohia corp ltd. Chobepur, kanpur. Was this information helpful? | |||

Recently we took Havells motor for my school thinking that We won't face any issues while going with brand. But just after couple of months motor stopped working. And the worst and most hated part of Havells is It's stinking services. It's been days that mechanic supposed to visit.finally we are taking the motor to local mechanic for repair. My personal advice don't go for brand blindly.go for a product and brand which gives you better service.
