I booked a llyod window AC on 18th Aug 2021. The product was delivered to me on 19th Aug 2021 and installation was done on 21st Aug 2021.
On 17th Aug 2022 the AC started making a sound of gas leakage and stopped cooling as well.
I registered a complaint on 18th Aug 2022 and received a call from +[protected] for confirming my address. She informed me that this repair will be free of cost as my product is under warranty.
On 19th Aug 2022 two technicians visited, they checked the AC and informed me that there is gas leakage problem and this has to be repaired. They took my AC invoice and confirmed me again that there will be no charges. Then they asked me to provide service satisfaction code and told me this repair will be done tomorrow as currently there is no technician available and they went.
After some time i again called +[protected] to request for priortising my reaolution and she told me she will call me back in sometime.
She called after half an hour and said my product is not in warranty and i have to pay charges and if i have any further queries then i can speak to her supervisor Mr. Pawan [protected].
Mr. Pawan was very rude and unable to answer my queries and insisted on paying the charges.
My entire day has been wasted in checking the status and talking here and there.
I want to register a complain for misleading information provided to me multiple times and not resolving my issue. Was this information helpful? |
