[Resolved]  Havells India — fan regulator burnt mid night

Recently we have purchased the havells fan regulator old type, yesterday midnight some sparks and regulator burnt and we have defused the regulator, this is very poor quality regulator, earlier we have not at all faced with any regulator we are using, by gods grace we are saw the burning and immediately switch offed the connection and stopped main switch also, if it is happened in deep sleep we don't know the consequences, this this is happened in bed room fan regulator,

Please do the needful and supply the best quality regulators otherwise don't produce the poor quality fan regulators (Old model) not modular or electronic.
