I purchased a havells 25 litre puro gyser on 03- oct 2016. On 10 dec 2018, we lodged a complaint of gyser "not working". The technician from electric beam noida visited on 10 dec itself & said that due to internal leakage, the gyser needs to be replaced from kanpur ; it will take 3-4 days. Today is 18 dec but there is no news about progress of replacement of our gyser.
Even your customer care manager here, mr. Mukesh does not answer calls or our whatsapp messages.
During this severe winter, it is causing a lot of inconvenience to us all in the family. Kindly take suitable speedy measures for the said replacement. Was this information helpful? |
We have buy a new Geyser a Last Month Back than complaint to correct the same Havels person visited 02 times but not able to resolve the problem. I got
message from havels your problem is resolved that is not true.
I am very upset.
