[Resolved] Havells India — geyser - electrical shock in tap | |||
I have raised the concern Ref[protected] on 2nd June 2019, its been 5 days today and there has been no solution. I spoke to the customer care and they handed over the call to their senior. The senior promised the solution within 24 hrs, the next day and no help. I had to call again, spoke to another senior person, he too promised help in 24 hrs. Now its been 5 working days and i dont have an update. This has been one of the most pathetic services i have seen. Worst on this planet i believe. I dont trust you guys anymore. I want this email to be read by the senior most person in the company. Have been waiting for 5 days, for one small concern and issue still unresolved. God help me, because i know Havells cant.
