Geyser stopped working due to water leakage. I have raised a complaint. Technician visited my home and the geyser will be replaced in a week. But it's been 15 days, still the geyser has not been replaced. When reaching out to a concerned person, they keep on saying the same for two weeks, that doesn't have stock. I am not sure what needs to be done here to get my geyser. Since a week technician not picking the call too.
