I have raised the complaint by calling havells customer service on 9th May 2022 and today it is 18th May 2022 till now I have not got any call from service engineer to visit the site and address the complaint.
I did follow up call with customer support almost every day, they keep tells we are escalating to higher authority, but from higher authority also no call or support.
I never seen this much pathetic service support from any of the companies.
