[Resolved]  Havells India — Havells Adonia

I bought a Havells geyser on 18/12/21 and assigned with installation Ref No [protected] . Mr Sachin Kumar was supposed to have installed it on 20/12/21. My wife being a working lady, took a day's leave since Mr Sachin called up and said he will come and install it at 1430 hours. He never came. Now he does not attend our call.

Havells Customer Care assured us that some one will come at 1000 hours today (21/12/21) but so far no one has called. Its almost impossible to get in touch with Customer care now.

We cant waste another day's leave due to inefficiency of the company.
