I have booked an service for Bengo food processor, the service person -ashok naik visited the site and checked the issue, later told the Jar is creating a issue and need to take it to office for repairing, i also handed over the jar to him. he asked me the verification code (not the satisfactory code) to acknowledge the issue and take the jar with him. after giving the verification he promise to return in 2-3 days - am waiting since week to get an update and jar, but no updates and he is also not picking up the calls.
i tried to reach customer care - they checked my history and told that your service request got cancelled. they raised it again - this time ticket assigned to some other engineer - again i have to tell the story to him.
cromo sold this product to me by telling lot of promises and features of the product. but i see the product is very pathetic and service persons are behaving unprofessional way. Was this information helpful? |
