I have purchased a Havelles (Efficencia) ceiling fan, it was delivered on 7 June within 15 days, suddenly it has become out of order and stopped working.
Raised multiple complaints about it but have received no resolution to date.
1st complaint was raised on 1st July - complaint no[protected]
- technician was supposed to visit in 24-48 hours but never visit and canceled my request stating I am out of the station, though I was always here only
4th july, he visit once looked at the fan and said PVC needs to be changed and it will be done within 7 days.
2nd complaint was raised on 5th July - -complaint no -[protected]
this complaint was raised by the technician, he called me he is outside my house and asked KKG code though he never visited
3rd complaint was raised on 9th July- complaint no - [protected]
I raised this complaint since it is not resolved it was closed without even notifying me.
4th complaint was raised on 15th July complaint no - [protected]
again raised this complaint I was told the issue will be resolved in 24-48 hours but no response was received.
had to call the customer support like 3-5 times then on 29 the technician again visited and disassembled the fan and kept it on the floor stating the fan needed to be replaced and will be done with 7 days.
since then there has been notification whatsoever called the customer support like 5-7 times in this duration but they repeat the same saying it will be resolved in 24-48 hours.
this is how you treat a customer?
