I had buy a havells cooler on 13th april 2019 in afternoon from lotus electronics jabalpur mp, 482001, celia i55 paying 14000 and got the defective cooler. My house is located in south civil lines around 10 minutes away from the shop. As soon as i got the cooler i watched that the honeycomb was not getting wet by water and it was throwing hot air even after putting ice. Even during the day time n ok one came from havells neither lotus to rectify or change this defective piece. I would say it is worst service one could get.
