[Resolved] Havells India — havells customer care is just registering the request but not sending service engineer | |||
I had purchased a Lloyd Air Cooler (Now owned by Havells India) model-LC65HC. It has stopped working and when I contacted the customer care on 12 May (reference number "[protected] they sent the service engineer on 15th May. The service engineer charged RS.250 as the product was out of warranty period.He checked and said everything is ok but the same problem still persist. It doesn't work. Then I again contacted customer service on 15th May (reference number[protected] & again on 19th May (reference number[protected] but still no service engineer has turned up to resolve the issue. Sorry to say that a brand like Havells has hired local electricians for servicing and they are just cheats. Request you to please help. Regards Sumit Kumar Was this information helpful? | |||
