I have purchased a oil heater on 26/12/2019 but the same is not working properly from day one. I have complained in toll free no so many times but No one came. Lastly one engineer came on 24/01/2020 but he also said it is not working properly. I requested to the dealer to take the product from me but he also denied. If you dont refund me the full amount immediately i will lodge a complain to consumer forum. Hope you will take necessary steps immediately and refund me the full amount. Installation of geyser puro plus 15 ltrs not done so far while frequently requested

I have purchased a new Havel's electric 15Lpuro plus geyser on 17th january 2020but it is not working from very first day of the installation.I have been complaining since 23rd January and one time engineer came but not repair my geyser.i have been complaining again and again to customer care but they are helpless.
