[Resolved] Havells India — Havells on off switches "oro" 10 amp | |||
Dear sir I have replaced all my switches/sockets/mcv etc. Of anchor make after 15 years (All working conditions) in 2014-15 with havells oro make. From last few months one by one cover of the switches are coming out and being replaced by you regularly after a complaint lodge in your customer care within 24 hours without any difficulty. That is fine. My only worry is after 10 years i have to bear the cost of replacement. Is there any manufacturing / design aspect in my lot needs to be examined. So i request you to kindly look into the matter and take some appropriate action. Thanks a lot S. K. I had purchased Havells Oro switches in year 2013 from Bagirath place Delhi.(wholesale market).
I am facing issues like few switches have become free to use. and got burned as well.
After being paid a huge amount within 3 years i have issue of black burned and damages more over when I use Havells Life Line with this.
But still facing the issues with product.
