[Resolved] Havells India — havells otg not working | |||
Otg model - 38rss, srl no - g[protected] Fault - bottom 2nd rod damaged I've been complaining about this issue from over 2 months, more than 8 times i've just been said.. Your problem will be resolved soon and nothing else. After around 1.5 month a technician visited from havells. He committed to rectify it in 3 days as he needed to buy a new part to replace the damaged one and from last 20 days we're waiting for him to repair our otg but there's no sign of him.
