I would like to share one of the worst service experiences.
I purchased a Havells water heater in 2018.
On March 2023, I have done the first service. From that service, my water heater gets damaged frequently; calling Havells's customer care and service person's visit at my home has now become a daily routine.
Two days back, I registered my 4th complaint after the service. The first three times Havells sent junior technicians and they solved the problem somehow, only for another problem to come up next day . Fourth time, my water heater got overheated and my maid's hand got burned.
I informed same to customer care and asked them to take this as a serious concern, send a senior technician and they accepted it.
But Havells sent the same junior technician again.
Also, I have noticed that the person who gets assigned to the work and the person who visited my home were different. In addition, they closed my ticket with a prior date without resolution (this I got to know from customer care). Was this information helpful? |
