[Resolved] Havells India — havells water heater reference no .[protected]
I purchased "havells water heater" on[protected] and get installed on[protected]. Further its breakdown on[protected] and i registered complaint on same day(reference no .[protected] but not resolved till date.
I have again register complaint online by using your consumer portal (https://consumerconnect.Havells.Com) on[protected] reference no .[protected] engineer was assigned and received the scheduled message for[protected]:00 but no one came to resolve our issue.
Further as discussed last evening[protected] with your customer care executive (aman kumar gupta) from delhi head quarter over phone call "your service request will resolve on[protected]". In case my request not resolved asap i will go to escalated the same over social media and refund/replace policy.
