[Resolved] Havells India — Induction Cooker under warranty not working | |||||
Hello I purchased a induction cooker year ago and it has stopped working. I have raised two Service request with your Customer care with no luck, the recent one is GA304066. Your technician came for a visit, opened the induction cooker, did nothing to restore it and informed that it has been fixed. Earlier the induction cooker had heating problem though it was working however after the technician left, it doesn't work at all. It's button work intermittently and the problem remains the same. I took a leave from office, waiting for your service agent however he didn't show up. Please understand the concern and resolve it as your induction cooker is the only source of cooking food at my home. Was this information helpful? | |||||
