Havells India — led tv from lloyds.2 times need repair within warranty

Dear sir
I have bought loyds tv before one year. But within one year it had repaired twice. At every time it takes one mobth for lloyds for its repair. Now engineer has register a complaint and did home visit as well but no solution service req no. Is hil[protected]. Please do some help. Really frustrated. Even talk to asm. But no solution register by name of ashish goyal
