I purchase wall fan in the off season of 2013. now when i want to start the fan after winter four days back as on 25/04/2014 then the fan is not functioning properly. I register a compliant with the dealer ( J.M Lights at Greater Kailash Jammu) as on 26/04/2014 from whom i purchase it, but till date the compliant was not redressed. please look into the matter and redress my compliant as earlier as possible.
