I purchased Llyod AC on January 2023 and i had a problem with AC is not getting cool. I have placed couple of complaints through App and called to customer case four times and they escalated the request but no technician called so far.
We had a bad situation that it's too hot and have small kids not sleeping at nights. Would be great if someone can come and resolve this issue soon.
I have sent out email to Customer service and sent the reminder as well but no action taken yet. I was continuously following up with Havells through mobile or Email but i'm tired of sending emails or calling to Customer care team.
