Dear Sir
Thi has reference to the service request No BOF290821FS00339.registered with you according executive visited at home and serviced my AC.
I also informed you that water comes from indoor unit and accordingly informed to the technician he has called up to the distributor where he had taken the pictures of the unit and sent.He said part is come from the company which takes time. My invoice no is SLA105RS1860701 dated 18.06.2021.

Pls resolved the issue earliest to escalate further
