I bought Lloyd split ac GLS1813FWCSV, on 3rd Feb 2023, and get it installed by Company's authorized team on payment of Rs 1200. On 12th of April 2023, I again raised a service request (Ref [protected]) as I want to get the product re-installed to another location, on 13th of April it was installed by company's service executive again on payment of Rs 2300 (Executive phone no: [protected]). All the payments I paid by online UPI.
On 17th of April 2023, ac stopped cooling completely. I raised another service request with them again with Ref id [protected], which was attended by another executive (carrying phone no [protected]) on 18th of April, 2023, he checked and told me that during second time installation the gas was remained leaked by Lloyd executive, maybe he did not check properly the leakage then. He assured me as it is due to Company's executive fault and product is in under warranty too, it will be repaired by them, he assured me that he will visit tomorrow again and refill the gas and repair the ac properly.
Since then, nobody came for resolution. I raised another service request on 21st of April 2023 with Ref no [protected], re-escalated it with company on 22nd of April 2023 & again re-escalated on 23rd of April 2023, but nobody visited nor even called to provide any solution!! Customer care executive just told over phone a standard reply, that “They are very sorry for the inconvenience I am facing, and I should wait for little more time and they will resolve this matter”.
Please help me in this matter, as I am feeling tremendous mental torture in all this, it’s totally a mental harassment that a product consumer purchased for summer season and not abled to used when it required the most. I am feeling totally cheated and helpless.
