Havells India — motor fails three times | |||
To Consumer complaints Dear Sir I have purchased the Havells wall fan Model no Swanky 16 inches on 28 April 2018 from Kumar Electric Corporation, Tilak Nagar New Delhi-110018 Invoice no is R1302454 Dated 28 April 2017, It is stopped working three times and havells representative from Jagdamba service center replaced the Motor, Still the motor is faulty again, I request you to please replace the Fan. It has been faulty within two months span every time, even in warranty period. Complaint Nos are : 1, Date 12 April 2018 Complaint no HD121928 2, Date 30 June 2018 Complaint no HF302948 3, Date 30 August 2018 Complaint no HH301232 Now I request you to please replace the unit.
