My Lloyd led tv purchased about two years back became defective. Horizontal lining and flickering appears on screen while watching.But in spite of repeated complains to Havells customer care in it's email address and whattsapp chat, since 1st week of August, 2022 no definitive response or clear communication from company representative till date ie 15.08.2022 10pm, although my tv is well within guarantee period of 36 months.
