I am Chamandeep Singh from Panipat, Haryana 132103.
I am writing this after getting frustrated and after complaining again and again but getting no help.
I bought a Lloyd AC last year in June.
Now this year Before the start of summer, I requested for Air Conditioner Service by your company. The electrician did service of AC on 2 April 2022. But after a month AC stopped working.
Then again I booked a service appointment on 10 June and the technician again did his service. He cleaned pads and washed compressor. He did service and after his work I asked for Job Card or any Service proof or slip. He denied to gave me that. After so much argument he left. He kept making excuses like I have left my receipt book at home. I paid him 550rs service charge but he didn’t gave me any proof.

Then may be after 15 days more AC again stopped working, and again I complained on Havells app.
I complained on 27 June again with Reference number: [protected]
They assigned same technician named Akshay. He called me and asked my address. When I told him my address he recognised me. He said he will come in an hour and then he started ignoring my calls. And then I checked in app my service request was cancelled.
Then I called on havells help centre and complained about this experience. They assured me that tomorrow they will send a senior technician. But, again they send that same guy Akshay and he again stopped picking up my calls.
I really got very angry and frustrated this time.
Now few days earlier I noticed that AC’s compressor is making weird noises. AC is hardly working for 20 minutes and it makes noises and stops working. I noticed again that after noise Compressor fan also stop working.
Now again I raise a service request on 11 August, with Refrence no: [protected]
and again they assigned that same technician Akshay….
and guess what happened this time???
Same……
He called me and I tell him my address, he recognised me again and tell me he will come in evening… Then in evening I called him he said “now I came home”. I’ll come tomorrow.
Now today when I checked in Havells app my Complaint was Cancelled again 🙂
Havells if you cannot help please take this AC back and refund me 🙏🏻
Or tell me you can’t help I’ll throw it in garbage by myself.
