Havells India — pathetic consumer service provided by havells india | |||
I purchased a steam iron from a reputed dealer in meerut "mahesh ji & son's". Product belongs to havells india limited. It's still under warranty. Around one and a half month back steam iron suddenly got a burst sound and smoke comes out of it from all the sides. We immediately cut down the power supply of product and reported the issue to customer care. They gave us the assurance on first time but did not provide us with complaint number. We again filed a complaint against it and a number was allocated to us "hd241379" but nothing happens. After calling to dealer he told me that you have not provided the original bill to attendee but it was not the case. Then i took the iron to dealer place and ask him to help out on this issue. He also did the same and again filed a complaint. But till date i have not received any update from havells customer care point. This burst might have give us the physical harm or may have hurt my 9 year old son who was playing near by. At this point of time i am really feeling harrassed by the company and suffering the pain even after putting so much money in this item. Kindly do the needful so that other people do not get fraudulent/mentally tortured or got physically harmed by the company products. I do not want to be compensated monitarily but this company people ust get a lesson from fooling the innocent persons. Please note this company fools people by promising that their complaint would be attended in two days but its more then a month now and i am being harrassed by these people Was this information helpful? | |||
