Havells India — Pathetic Havells Service | |
Havells have been cheating on us with with fake promises. We have a Havells Max RO Water Purifier. We raised a service request on September 6th 2021. Reference# [protected], [protected], [protected] The technician came on 6th Sept and sold us a AMC and said he will change the components in 2 days. We have been following up with him everyday and he everyday said that he doesnt have the components and they have not arrived. This went on till 15th September. We called the customer care again and they said that the service request have been closed. This was so shocking and dissapointing. He again raised a complaint and said a technician will service the purifier on 15th or 16th Sept. On 16th September, I got a call in the morning by a technician saying that the warranty on our RO is expired and wanted to sell me an AMC AGAIN. I sent the previous AMC bill to him over whatsapp and then he never contacted me. We have been sitting without any response from Havells since then and no one has bothered to come or contact us. This is a very very pathetic company and pathetic service. People just want to sell AMC to you and vanish. No service is being done. I also asked for a money refund for the AMC we purchased but no response. My last resort will be to contact CONSUMER COURT and sue Havells. Was this information helpful? | |
