[Resolved] Havells India — pathetic service support | |
Complaint was registered for the ceiling fan breakdown on 25th july. The reference number:[protected] and[protected] Technician told that part needs replacement and he will get it from havells by 7th aug and next day it will be fixed. Now it is 20th aug, the issue has not been fixed and the technician/shanti sales to which the complaint was transferred are not even picking the calls. I called up havells customer care on 18th aug then they said sorry and said it will be fixed today itself. They gave me the complaint refrence number:[protected]. And i received a message on 19th aug that the issue is resolved. Imagine the height of pathetic customer service from havells, the issue was marked resolved without any person visting the site.
