Havells India — Pedestrian fan with serial number 57M[protected] damaged in a week and Havells deny service

I had purchased a havells pedestrian fan with serial number 57M[protected] on 24 April 2023. The fan started making noise from next week of purchase. The electrician who brought and installed fan had conveyed that he is from near by store Ganesh Electricals, New Thippasandra. He didnt give the bill, but provided guarantee card with date of purchase mentioned. Later I came to know person is not from Ganesh Electricals, and he is no longer reachable on phone.But the product is very new and Havells original. Still Havells service team deny to service the fan for free mentioning that bill is necessary. They affirm Guarantee card not enough. The service person came home did a small fix of some screw inside fan and fixed the issue. Since I asked for free service showing the Guarantee card and disagreed to pay money, he threw the fan parts down and damaged the fan and went.What kind of product Havells is selling which gets damaged in a week. Also what kind of service they provide where they send gundas and thieves home for service. AT any cost I need the money back and Havells should take back this product so that I can buy new product from other vendor. This is first Havells product I purchased and the experience make me file a case against them. Too unfortunate.
