Havells India — Poor AC Service & False Request

I had raised a service request for my Havells Split AC on 7th April 2025 from my registered number. Despite following up daily with customer care, no technician has visited my premises till date. Every time I contact customer care, I am falsely assured that the technician will visit within 24-48 hours.

Out of frustration, I raised another service request from an alternate number m, but that request was cancelled without any technician calling or visiting. When I asked for the reason, I was told that I was unavailable or out of town, which is completely false.

I have emailed the grievance officer, escalated to senior support, and posted on Twitter tagging the brand — still no resolution or response has been given. I have attached my escalation email as proof.

It has been over two weeks, and Havells is deliberately delaying the service until the warranty expires.

Request:
I request immediate technician visit, service resolution, and strict action against false cancellation and customer harassment.
