Even After calling many times, My issue is not fixed.Technician is asking GST bills. My shopkeeper has not given gst bills. I have simple bills and warranty cards. Still Technicain is not ready to fix mine issue. Please let me lnow escaltion process. Havells Sucks.!!! Even customer care is closing ticket without resolving issue.
