Everytime I raise a service request, the service provider close that complaint from their end without addressing the issue, without contacting or visiting us.
First of all, the product stopped working within one month of purchase, which is very strange and disturbing for us, and second thing is that the service is not being provided to us.
I also have a query regarding the havells policy in the scenario where the product cannot be repaired or is causing the same problem after being repaired by the technician. Does havells provide replacement of the product if it cannot be repaired ?
Because why the customer should suffer when he has paid in full and still received the damaged product. I want to know the conditions required for replacement of the product. Was this information helpful? |
