I have Havells Water Purifier(Pro Alkaline), and I have lodged complaints regarding bad water taste on 19/03/2022 and Havells service engineer chacked TDS level of water, it was around 50 in the same day. The next day morning again he came and checked the TDS level of water and again it was around 50. I told him that we do not want to drink such levels of TDS water but he said that it is good for drinking and we can not do anything. Then after I refused to give a satisfaction code. When I called again to Havells customer care regarding the same issue, they said your complaint is closed and again they lodged a new complaint on 22/03/2022. From the date 22/03/2022 till now Havells customer care executive saying they set high priority reminders to the concerned officer but still I do not get any call from them. Please help me, all details are below:
