[Resolved] Havells India — regarding oil filled radiator

I purchased havells oil filled radiator on 27 december 2017. On 1st jan. 2019 it has stopped working. I complain (Complain no. : ia020575) to havells customer care about the same issue. A technician came & told me that there is some issue in auto cut i believe so i will have to replace it. I will come with parts in 2 days & if the problem is not rectified then we will replace it with new one as the product is in warranty. Today is 10th jan but no one came to rectify the issue after repeated complain to the customer care
