[Resolved]  Havells India — regarding to rs.350/- paid for water motor change in warranty period

Sir i had purchased one open well submersible 0.5h. P motor on 04oct18. It was working 2-3 days and on 15oct 18 it had been fault. Then i complain this to customer care on 16oct18 in morning then in afternoon mr. Banwarilal mechanic from ramji electrical was came. He was check and found unset (Fault). Then he was give me return coppen for replacement by new one. Then the retailer badhala electrical shrimadhopur, sikar, rajasthan was take rs.350/- from me for change the motor. Please tell why he was take the money from for replacement and the problem is suffering by me that after 10days it burnt and please tell me right way.
