A complaint has been lodged in service centre on 17 Mar 21 regarding repair of water gas geyser 06 ltr (no flame is observed in gas geyser burner for which complaint has been lodged), on my complaint, service centre arranged technician, who repairs the electric geyser, whereas I am in possession of geyser. This was brought to the knowledge and your customer care officials escalated my requested to higher-ups trice, but no action taken so far to deputes so far. I request to look into and do the needful.
