[Resolved] Havells India — replacement and servicing pending for new geyser | |||
Hi, I had registered a complaint for leakage issue of our new geyser within a week after installation. The complaint no. Is "[protected]". It was assigned to abhishek kumthekar who is giving vague statements and also not attending calls nor responding. Later he assigned this work to viki giri. Who till date haven't called me for appointment or visit confirmation. This is not at all acceptable. We want worth for what we have spent. Need immediate action on the same.
