[Resolved] Havells India — storage geyser repair | |||
My havells storage water geyser was not powering on. On raising complaint, the ticket was assigned to sln enterprises and the guy diagnosed and said the prcd needs replacement. He came after couple of days and replaced the prcd. Then said the coil has gone bad and needs replacement. My model is quatro 15l. So he said he had to order from the company and it will take 10days. He charged me visiting charge rs.250 and for prcd rs.800 at the first time of the visit itself. There is no wat for me to check the price of the spare parts from havells site. So i had to give whatever amount he charged. He refused to give gst complaint bill. For the coil replacement after calling him multiple times he did not visit yet. There is no update on whether he has received the product or is it possible for him to do the repair. I called havells customer center again and the ticket was assigned to same guy again. Ticket details are "[protected]" and "[protected]". Both were closed without any resolution. Please try to support existing customers. Your service is terrible. Was this information helpful? | |||
