Havells India — Swallow well jet pump/ not working

Dear sir / mam,

I purchased the shallow well jet pump from shri sai sanitary and paint store mohammdi road, Gola (Kheri) on date 21st may 2018 with 2 years warranty. But the product was stop working from the last week of April 2020, for that I have called many time to havells costumer care and complaint it .
The engineer came to my home but told for replacement of product.
After that many times I have complaints but havells ignore it & not giving me proper solution .
Kindly take a suitable action against havells so that, my problem get resolve as soon as possible .
