Havells India — Under Warranty Water Geyser Not Working and Complaint Unresolved since long

Logged complaint with Havells on 5 Nov 2021 8.45 am IST. I have made multiple follow ups with the customer service, even tried contacting customer service via Twitter but there has been no technician who has contacted me or has visited my house to address the complaint.

Geyser continues to remain non-working and it is really troublesome in winters.

Warranty is valid till 12 November 2024 but no one from Havells bothers to have this checked and addressed.

Invoice Nuber is 09377 and purchase date is 15 November 2020.
