Subject: Urgent Complaint – Faulty Lloyd 1.5 Ton Split AC (Ref No: [protected])
Dear Havells Customer Support Team,
I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding a Lloyd 1.5 Ton Split Air Conditioner (Havells brand) that I purchased on 16th February 2025. After installation at Gurgaon, Haryana, the unit immediately displayed an E1 error on the indoor unit, rendering it non-operational.
I promptly registered a complaint on 17th February 2025 (Complaint Reference No. [protected]). A Havells technician contacted me, and I provided the details of the error. The technician assured me that they would visit on 18th February 2025, but unfortunately, they did not arrive. When I tried reaching the technician, their phone was switched off.
Following this, I escalated my complaint on 19th February 2025, but as of the end of the day, no technical representative from Havells has visited or even confirmed a service appointment. This lack of response and delay in addressing the issue is highly disappointing, especially for a brand-new unit that has never been operational.
Desired Resolution:
I request immediate servicing and rectification of the faulty unit. If the issue cannot be resolved promptly, I expect a replacement or refund as per the company's policy.
