[Resolved] Havells India — very depressing service, fed up of same | |
Dear team, Again facing same issue in product delivery same as last time. I registered complaint on 11th Nov'18 for 4 trim panel lights which was not working. Three lights were given after 10 days and so many calls and 1 light is still pending & it's about a month now. Called to service engineer and their concerned office team but I am always told that light will be delivered within 2 days and again I have to call for same issue and have to tell whole story. Just fed up of the service. No action is taken from company superiors nor they seem to be cared for customer services. I don't know why the complaint is closed just in a day if resolution takes more than a month. Order no: HK122989 Was this information helpful? | |
