[Resolved] Havells India — warranty & service for puro plus 25l | |||
Hi, I had purchased product on 24th dec, 2016 (Bill enclosed). The product has started giving me problem of low heating during last winter itself. Now in summers the heating is average even we keep the thermostat adjustable knob to maximum. I am sure this is related to heating element The product manual says that the warranty on heating element is 4 years. And when complaint is lodged your service representative is asking for visit charges. I am ok to pay the visiting charges if there is some other fault then heating element/inner container issue. But why should i pay if the problem is related to heating element which is warranted for 4 years! The company is neither giving me proper response nor service although i have sent them three mails.
