[Resolved] Havells India — Water heater service issues

I placed a complaint about water heater issues two weeks ago. Havells service guy (Moideen, chennai) called me and said he will be coming the next day. Then his phone was not reachable for the next few days. I again placed a complaint. Another service guy (Vignesh) called me and said that he will come the next day, but also didn't show up. He is not picking up the phone whenever i call him. When i call him through another number, the phone gets picked up. However, when i ask about service, the voice in the other side says that vignesh is in a meeting and will call back. I never got the call back. These guys lie blatently and have scant regard for customer service. I have placed several complaints and the complaint numbers are gf290474, gf 212399, gf 212453, gf 212400. Four complaints were placed for the same issue, but no one has come. Horrible service.

Updated by Ashok Muthuswamy The service person Moideen visited my residence and fixed the water heaters. He did a good job. My only contention now is that they should have kept their words and adhered to committed schedule. On the positive side, the guys came and fixed the problems and did a good job.
