On May 8th, a technician visited and confirmed that the unit requires a part replacement. The technician assured me that the part would be ordered and delivered by May 10th.
However, despite multiple follow-ups with both customer care and the technician, there has been no resolution or even an update provided. The AC has now been out of service for over two weeks during an unbearably hot season, and your team has failed to take any responsibility for this unacceptable delay.
This lack of accountability and failure to resolve the issue promptly is completely unacceptable. I demand immediate action to fix the AC and a clear explanation for why this issue has dragged on for so long.
