Havells India — Without visiting your technician cancelled my request of installation of water heater

I have purchased a storage water heater (gyser) on 08/11/2021 and I hv raised a request for installation on 09/11/2021 and after 48hours I called back and asked them why the technician didn't visited to my place and the person on the call answered me sir ur complaint is cancel technician has mentioned here the costumer doesn't have proper fitting arrangement I didnt understand that because without visiting my place how ur technician has mentioned that I don't have proper fitting in my house and I raised the issue again and till now I didn't recieved any call from ur tenchnical department ... I request you pls resolve my issue asap ...
