[Resolved] Havells — Pentaforce ceiling fan | |||
This is regarding a ceiling fan, pentaforce, purchased on 25 April 2013 . Yesterday one blade of the fan detached (connection piece broken)while running and hit the wall. We nearly missed a fatal accident.Though guarantee is for two years only but how a fan blade of a reputed company like yours can be detached. Do you think this a natural and common case of failure. Now me and my family are afraid of starting your fan installed in other rooms.I complained on your call center no. But the person talking was not at all interested in technical details and was saying that our service engineer will visit your place. My concern is more on to avoid this further rather than repair.
