[Resolved]  Havells — poor quality switches

I had Havells Crabtree switches. Almost all of changed by company once or twice. But still these switches are very-very poor quality. Legs in side the switches are braking time by time. Even Fan regulators are braking into 2 pieces. When company man came to change these he said that we are misusing the switches. MISSUSING..., such a ridicules excuse to protect poor quality product. I doubt whether quality control department exists in this company or not. Very very poor quality plastic used. Fans making too much noise. You have to raise the volume of TV if you want to listen clearly. Company is replacing the switches free of cost, but all replaced switches are same old poor quality and stars giving trouble after some months, Most of "two way" switches are got replaced twice or thrice.
