[Resolved] Havells — product assembly missing | |||
I am shifted my family from karnataka to maharashtra (Alibag town). Recently i am purchased my havells water geyser it is under warranty, during my house shifting time i missed my geyser holding back plate. Asked customer care peoples for installation as well as new back plate. No proper response from customer care. I made complaint registered he091001 even though no response from useless customer care peoples for almost fifteen days over. Later one person came from havells. He was handover me one of the old, used back plate set (Find the attached photo for used back plate condition) he said this is new one. Asked me back plate charge rs 450/- as well as delivery charge rs 250/- without having havells original bill. I am sent back the person without collect the material. See how the havells peoples are cheated the consumer after product was sold out their service is totally zero. Was this information helpful? | |||
